Does my purchase include a warranty?
Yes, all our premium luggage sets come with a limited 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in wheels, zippers, and handles.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those last-minute travel plans.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'Trial Run' policy. If you aren't satisfied with your bag, you can return it for a full refund as long as it hasn't been used on a flight.
Are your carry-ons compliant with major airlines?
Most of our carry-on models are designed to meet the standard 22" x 14" x 9" requirements for major domestic and international carriers, but we recommend checking with your specific airline before flying.
How do I set the TSA-approved lock on my suitcase?
Each bag ships with a detailed instruction card. Typically, you hold the reset button with a pen, enter your new 3-digit code, and slide the latch to lock it in place.
